Terms and conditions for using the e-shop

  1. These Arutech Parimad Aknad OÜ (Reg. No. 10586774; Allika tee 3, Peetri 75312 Rae vald, Estonia) e-shop general terms and conditions (hereinafter "terms and conditions") apply to all persons (hereinafter "buyer" or "consumer") who use Arutech's e-shop, order goods from the e-shop and have concluded a contract for the purchase of goods (hereinafter "sales contract").
  2. In case of conflict between the terms and conditions and the contract of sale, the contract of sale will prevail.
  3. In matters not covered by the Terms (including any modification of the Terms), the parties are governed by the Customer Agreement and the Arutech General Terms and Conditions (the "General Terms").
  4. Only products with the link "Add to cart" can be purchased from the Arutech e-shop. The price and availability of goods may change without notice. If the purchaser has placed an order before the prices change, the current price will apply to the order.
  5. Arutech has the right to withdraw from a sales contract concluded via the e-shop without penalty and to refuse to deliver the ordered goods or provide the service in the following cases:
  • The goods can no longer be produced;
  • Due to a system error, the price or the characteristics of the product are incorrectly displayed in the online shop.

If Arutech is not able to fulfil the order, the buyer will be contacted and the amount paid will be refunded if the buyer has paid in advance for the goods.

  1. On the shopping cart/liquidity page, it is possible to change the contents of the shopping cart if desired. Once the delivery address has been entered and the order has been confirmed, the contents of the shopping cart can no longer be changed and the shopping cart will be emptied of the goods. If the buyer cancels the order after it has been placed, the goods will have to be selected again. Once the order and contact details are correctly filled in, payment can begin. After adding an item to the "Shopping Cart", it is possible to continue browsing other items or placing an order.
  2. You can pay for the goods ordered in the e-shop by the following ways: by bank transfer on the basis of a prepayment invoice sent to the customer's e-mail address; via the payment link in the Payment Centre environment. Payments are made in euros. The following payment lanes are available:
  • Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele;
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments.

Arutech Parimad Aknad OÜ is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS.

Note! After paying for the goods in the "payment centre" (making a bank transfer), you must exit the e-banking page by clicking on the "Back to merchant" button. The order confirmation will then appear on the screen. (Warning: failure to do so may result in the payment not being processed).

  1. The goods will be delivered to the nearest Arutech office to the delivery address entered in the order, unless otherwise agreed. The goods will be delivered only to the buyer. Delivery to a third party is subject to the existence of a power of attorney. Arutech may authorise third parties to deliver the goods, including the use of courier services. The delivery time starts counting from the date of receipt of the advance payment on Arutech's bank account and is normally 7 weeks (for white profile), with a maximum of 13 weeks.

II Withdrawal from the sales contract and return of goods

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. Purchased goods cannot be returned if they have been manufactured to the consumer's personal requirements or in accordance with the conditions proposed by the consumer.
  2. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, a statement to this effect must be sent to the following e-mail address. export2@arutech.ee. The statement must include the following information: the goods to be returned, the order number, the reason for the order and the bank account to which the money should be credited. The amount paid for the goods (excluding delivery costs) will be refunded to the consumer's bank account no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal from the contract reaches the seller, provided that Arutech Parimad Aknad OÜ has approved the decision to return the goods.
  3. If, after the goods have been returned, an inspection of the condition of the goods carried out by the seller reveals that the goods to be returned have deteriorated, the buyer must compensate the seller for the depreciation of the goods. The seller may lodge a claim to this effect within a maximum of one month of the return of the goods. The buyer is obliged to compensate for the depreciation of the goods if the goods have been altered, damaged, encumbered with third-party rights, etc., by the buyer.

III Liability and dispute settlement

  1. The consumer has the right to complain about goods that do not comply with the terms of the contract (do not match the sample offered or are defective) and to return the goods. In the case of defective goods, the consumer has the right to lodge a complaint with the seller on the basis of a file within two years from the date of delivery of the goods. The complaint must be lodged without delay, but not later than two months from the discovery of the defect and the notification of the defect to Arutech Parimad Aknad OÜ. In order to facilitate the resolution of subsequent problems, the consumer must keep the purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) proving that the goods have been purchased from the Arutech e-shop. Complaints without proof of sale will not be accepted.
  2. Complaints about goods purchased from the online shop should be sent to: Arutech Parimad Aknad OÜ, Allika tee 3, 75312 Peetri alevik or to the e-mail address: export2@arutech.ee. If you wish to return the goods, you must bring them to the Arutech office. (Return of the goods to the Arutech warehouse is at the customer's expense).
  3. In the case of defective goods, the consumer has the right to:
  4. First, ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge.
  5. Claim a reduction in the purchase price or withdrawal from the contract if: - the seller is unable to repair or replace the goods; - the repair fails; - the seller has failed to remedy the lack of conformity within a reasonable time; - the repair or replacement has caused unreasonable inconvenience to the consumer.
  6. The Seller shall not be liable for defects in the goods caused by improper use, installation, storage, maintenance or damage.
  7. Goods may be covered by a guarantee of sale under conditions laid down in writing.
  8. The consumer has the right to contact the competent supervisory authority, which is the National Consumer Protection Board at Rahukohtu 2, Tallinn 10130, e-mail: info@tka.riik.ee.
